We stayed at this lovely little glamping pod for a few peaceful days away. Tim, our host, was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The pod was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom. The location was ideal, nestled between Ballycotton and Shanagarry, and a short drive to the beautiful Garryvoe beach. Stayed at a charming glamping pod with stunning garden views. Enjoyed the free WiFi and had a great time playing ball games on the lawn. A perfect getaway, especially for those who love BBQs and want some peace and quiet.
Absolutely nothing to complain about, because perfection is just so boring.

The private bathroom at Shanagarry / Ballycotton Glamping Pod was pure bliss! The shower was heavenly, and the hairdryer made my mornings a breeze. As a guest with disabilities, having these amenities right in my room made me feel so comfortable and at ease.
Although everything was great, the only thing I didn't fancy so much was the private entrance to the twin/double room. It's just my personal taste, but I think I would have preferred a more communal feel.

The pod was incredibly cosy and had quick-heating heaters to keep us warm. the owners, Evelyn and Tim, were absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. They even left us some milk, eggs, and biscuits as a welcome treat. They had a list of nearby places to eat and things to do, which was very helpful. the location was beautiful and peaceful, with easy access to Cobh, Trabolgan, and Foto Island. Ballycotton, the nearby town, offered stunning views. the cabin itself was well-designed and finished, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. We enjoyed breakfast on the front porch, played cards on the back porch, and had fun playing ball games on the lawn. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely go back. Cons: Everything great! 😊.
